Taiwo Abdulazeez Ojewunmi a.k.a Ruddy Tee

With his signature making waves in the music scene, underground hip-hop artiste and indigenous rapper, Taiwo Abdulazeez Ojewunmi a.k.a Ruddy Tee is set to debut in the Nigeria music scene. The villager, as he fondly calls himself categorizes his kind of music as

being ‘Ogbologbo music.’
Born twins, Ruddy who hails from the ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo State, is being influenced by his ‘ ‘Sakara drummer’ father who played with the likes of music legends including Ayinla Omowura, Yusuf Olatunji, Razaq Ajao among others. This was instrumental to his also learning to play the Sakara, Gangan and Congas on which he adds his fluid rap delivery.
Constantly found in the studio and on the street honing his craft, Ruddy is set to release his debut album ‘Igboro Kanju- Street of Emergency’.

Recall that Ruddy headlined the recently held Lagos International Jazz Festival, as an alternative music act stirring the crowd to frenzy with his dynamic and cheerful stagecraft. In the past, he has collaborated and supported numerous front-line artistes.
