ONE OF DAVIDO’ S HKN GANG MEMBERS “OWOLABI MONEY MAKER” WAS DUPED
Owolabi Money Maker, one of Davido's HKN gang members
and buddy has fallen short of the sum of N880, 000 after conmen fraudulently
withdrew the cash from his Guaranty Trust Bank account.
Widely
referred to as MoneyMakerHKN, the 27-year old created a scene at a GTB branch
in Lekki after fraudsters hit his account with an N880,000 debit.
Reports
further revealed that Owolabi refused to be consoled after bank officials were
unable to find a solution or revert the transaction which he already has been
debited from his account.
The
father of one couldn't control his emotion and kept crying as his babymama was
embarrassed and appealed to him to remain calm.
An
obviously distraught Owolabi reiterated that his child's school fees would not
be paid once he leaves the banking premises as he had no more money.
Davido
is currently not in the country and can't be reached for details.
M.I TO COLLABORATE WITH AFRICAN MUSIC LEGENDS HUGH MASEKELA AND SALIF KEITA,
MI has taken a
stand to express his wish to collaborate with legendary African artistes Hugh
Maskela and Salif Keita
He disclosed this while
responding to questions at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards announcement event at Cova
Lounge, Victoria Island, Lagos. The superstar rapper further
revealed that such collaborations are part of his ambition to connect the young
African audience to the older generation of African musicians.
In his words: ‘I think we have
done great in terms of creating a vibrant modern African music scene and the
young audience really connects with that, but it would really be great to be
able to connect the young audience with the older generation of African musicians.
‘Africa has such a rich musical
history and it would be a shame to lose part of that history. My next ambition
is to connect the younger audience with this older generation of African
musicians.’
The 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards
will take place in Durban, KwaZulu Natal in South Africa on July 18, 2015.

STAY CLEAR UNPROTECTED SEX ICE PRINCE ADVICE
Iceprince recently dished out
advices on pre-marital and unprotected sex as he joined a long list of
entertainers at the MTV Base Shuga Tour on the University of Lagos campus.
The
advice was as a result of an act of some of the students, who inflated condoms
and turned them into balloons and started tossing them around the auditorium.

In his response on how he feels
about the appointment, 9ice said: ‘I feel happy, great and honored. The feeling
is not always fine when you lose an election and you feel encouraged when you
are given a position, maybe lower or higher, be it an appointment from
political office you contested from. I’m happy about it and learning every day,
and I believe that being in the environment of a political arena would help to
build my political career and then from there I would be able to go for the
highest political office.’
Meanwhile, 9ice who member of
the ruling party in Oyo State, APC, contested for the
Ogbomosho North/South/Orire Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives

AKON AND DAVIDO COLLABORATION WILL SHAKE NIGERIA
International singing star, Akon
has confirmed his collaboration with Nigerian pop star, Davido,
days
after the Nigerian singer posted a picture from their studio session on his
Twitter handle.
In a tweet from the award winning singer, Akon
disclosed that he is about to shake the Nigerian music industry with the newly
recorded song entitled Lie to you.
Akon has become one of the most featured international music act on the Nigerian scene with many top rated artists featuring him in their songs and remake of their song.
